Mentors are instructors with a minimum of 5 years experience, State of Nebraska EMS instructor qualified, Basic Life Support instructor qualified, and a current member of NIS. Interested in helping training agencies and other instructors as a resource to answer questions and assist when necessary.



NEBRASKA INSTRUCTOR SOCIETY MENTOR PROGRAM JOB DESCRIPTION:


A Mentor will be:

1. A current NIS member.

2. A State of Nebraska certified instructor.

3. A current BLS Instructor.

4. Approachable by other instructors and Training Agencies.

5. Able and willing to answer questions from other instructors and Training Agencies.

6. Willing to assist new instructors in developing training materials.

7. Willing to share training ideas that are successful.
